Talking to an experienced and qualified counsellor gives you time and space to seek resolutions for problems that you are facing in your life.

In a partnership of complete confidence you can safely explore thoughts and feelings around any areas of difficulty. A one-to-one, non-judgemental place where you have freedom to talk about anything.

Counselling and psychotherapy offer possibilities for change

You may be experiencing one or more of a range of strong physical and emotional feelings...

I will listen to you and how you feel. You can share things that you cannot say to family or friends. It is a safe place to work through things you may are frightened about or ashamed of.

I will respect your values, your freedom of choice, your sexuality, cultural background and your individuality.

I offer short-term, time-limited and open-ended counselling. Together, we can agree what you feel would be best for you.

"How could we start?"

You can either email or telephone me for a short conversation in confidence or to arrange for an exploratory meeting of one hour at which we can get to know each other and decide if we feel comfortable with working together. During this meeting we can talk about:

Please feel free to contact me by email or telephone in complete confidence. If I am with a client then there is always an answering machine and, if you ask me to, and leave a contact number I will call you back - I will only give my name and not mention therapy in case someone else takes my call.

Sessions during the day and evenings Monday to Friday

I charge a fee of £35 for each one hour exploratory meeting or 50 minute counselling session.

My earliest appointment is 9.00am and the last is 8.00pm.

The setting

I cover Carshalton, Sutton, Wallington, Croydon, North Surrey and South London areas.

I work from home where I offer a quiet and private consulting room.
